Use Mobile Coach for Windows as a stand alone product, or as a companion for the Pocket PC version. Enter your data in either place and synchronize your changes. Mobile Coach allows you to use a familiar calendar style interface to enter workout, food, and measurement data. Mobile Coach includes the following features: Keep track of multiple users on the same computer. Food database contains over 3,000 items, and can be further customized by the user. New Food Templates and My Favorites make entering food intake much easier. Includes training plans for the 5k run, 10k run, marathon, century bike ride, and body for life. Use Templates for easy entry of strength training sessions. Calculates your estimated metabolic rate, calories burned during exercise, calories consumed, and calories remaining for the day. Displays a pie graph of protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake, along with grams of each. Includes calorie burn rates for over 45 different activities, along with the ability to add more. Calculates pace and speed for distance activities like running, biking, or swimming. Extensive measurements logging lets you keep track of your progress in up to 17 different areas. Over 90 different combinations of built in graphs and reports. Can be synchronized with your Pocket PC device running Mobile Coach.
