Objects arranged into groups of top/left/right/front/back quintuplets give a near-3D perspective on a room that is better than either 2D floor plans or 2D side views (elevations) because one gets a feel for BOTH top view and side view perspectives on a floor plan at the same time. We call these perspective views ?two and a half D? because they use objects that show perspective.
