Click the sleepy germs away but do not wake them up. Remove the germs one by one according to the color sequence of the pills. Each time a germ awakes your lifebar will be drained, do not let the germs consume your entire bar. Use your left mouse cursor to click on any germ. You can only remove germs with the same color that appear on the pill, located at the upperleft of the game.
