Recipient of the EGA award Rising Star of The Year in 2009, Poker Heaven is a relatively new yet popular online poker room. Poker Heaven is a member of the Boss Poker Network and is primarily marketed to the European and Asian markets. One of the reasons behind their quick rise is their strong affiliation with The Poker Channel, a highly successful U.K. satellite poker channel that broadcasts a wide variety of poker tournaments from around the world. Despite not accepting U.S. players, the poker site has good traffic with over 10,000 players online at peak hours. The selection of games at Poker Heaven is quite good and they offer a very good selection of exciting tournaments. While the graphics are simple, the software runs very well with the exception of some issues when multi tabling and the lobby is very well organized.

With many players being attracted to Poker Heaven from the television broadcasts and from their casino room, Casino Joy, there is an endless supply of fish at its tables. The waiting period for games is quite short as the concentration of traffic is fairly even throughout the stake ranges.

The action at Poker Heaven is excellent, especially when considering that it is a fairly new site. Player traffic at Poker Heaven is fairly solid and you won't run into any problems finding a table at any time of day. The Texas Hold'em and Omaha games are available as No Limit, Pot Limit and Fixed Limit games with higher traffic concentrated around the low stakes No Limit Texas Holdem games.
