ProjectCompanion - time reporting and project support


The system provides organizations with an information infrastructure for carrying out multiple projects. Examples of functionality are: shared action management, time and expense reporting, project plans, status reports, shared documents folders, project diaries, contact information, project handbooks, invoice data export and support for several currencies.

System structure


ProjectCompanion consists of a Web Tool, a Management Console, Palm OS clients and a Report Tool. The Report Tool is based on Microsoft Access, which provides flexibility and makes custom report development easy. The Web system runs on Microsoft Internet Information Services. The database is Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 or 2000.
