BioSeqAnalyzer is a bioinformatics software tool for analyzing DNA and protein sequences. It runs under Microsoft Windows and provides a graphical user interface, making sequence analysis extremely easy.
DNA Baser is useful for assembly of DNA sequences and generation of contigs. File formats supported are abi, scf and seq (or FASTA). Chromatograms of the assembled sequences are displayed in a synchronized format with the generated contig.
