Time Thingy is a replacement for the clock that resides in your system tray (the Microsoft one). It can be positioned anywhere on your screen (floats), and remains always on top. Time Thingy can display just the time, just the date, the date and time, displaying the seconds on the time is optional. 6 command line options to override the settings are supported.
