The program lets you watch the result of each operation in real time, and undo any step at any time or jump to the original image in case you don't like the result.
Cartoonist lets you load and save images in 3 different formats (bmp, jpg, png). The program also allows you to specify a different image quality when saving a file in jpg format and preserve EXIF metadata (information on the image such as date and time the image was taken, exposure time, ISO, focal length, etc).
