ErrorHandler is a COM component for handling exceptions in Visual Basic applications.
It displays meaningful messages, including the name of the module, subroutine and application (or automation object) causing the error. It also displays the error number, error description, and a programmer's comments.
If the application is running under Windows NT platform, it logs the error message the Event Log.
