Axialis AX-Cursors is a powerful utility for creating, editing and managing cursors and animated cursors.
AX-Cursors gives you the tools to create almost any type of cursor, in almost any size (from 16x16 to 72x72) and color (from black and white to 16 million colors). Both static (CUR) and animated (ANI) cursors can be created. The built-in editor is loaded with dozens of painting and image editing tools.
AX-Cursors also provides tools for creating, modifying and managing cursor libraries. You can read and write ACL cursor libraries, rename cursors within libraries, import and export files, and more. You can also compile a cursor library (or a selection of cursors) into a stand-alone executable EXE file that can be freely distributed. The user of this EXE file will be able to view, extract, print cursors and customize Windows.
